Sunny Day Property Pros was founded with one goal in mind: make owning rental property in Highlands County as stress-free as possible. We saw too many landlords overwhelmed by tenant issues, maintenance headaches, and the day-to-day demands of managing a home from a distance.

So we built something different — a small, hands-on team that manages a carefully curated portfolio of homes in Sebring, Lake Placid, and the surrounding area. We keep our portfolio intentionally small so every owner and every tenant gets the attention they deserve.
